Overeating leads to chronic inflammation in the body

I just run across the article in the "Cell" journal today. It talks about the latest scientific results that make connection between overeating and chronic inflammation in our bodies. This is what it means - in a nutshell:

1. If we eat too much we cause chronic inflammation in our bodies.

2. Chronic inflammation has becoming an underlying common cause for several chronic diseases, such as cancer, arthritis, age-related blindness (age-related macular degeneration or AMD) and generally aging processes, among others.

3. Molecular mechanism for this effect leads through dysregulation of hypothalamus,(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypothalamus)a small gland in our brain which is a master regulator of body energy homeostasis.

4. So, suppressing activation of hypothalamus might be a new target in the fight against obesity and chronic disease that it causes.

5. Or, we can just cut our portions in half, and get healthier without any medical interventions...

Just think about it...change your diet - change your life!

Five easy steps to rejuvenate your body

Here are a few easy things that you can do today to rejuvenate your body, to feel better tomorrow!

1. Sleep more – most of us need 8-10 hours of sleep every night, and haven’t had it in years. During a good night's sleep your body has a chance to rest and rejuvenate. If we do not sleep enough – we age faster!

2. Eat less – keep every one of your meals, but cut the amount in half. When our body digests food, by-products are harmful agents that cause oxidative damage in our system. If we eat less food – we generate less damaging free radicals, and body can do less damage-repair, and more rebuilding and rejuvenating.

3. Have fun – find activities, hobbies, passions that make you feel happy, and that make you laugh a lot – and indulge in it! Remember how much fun you had when you were young? Life is short – enjoy it!

4. Drink more – but I only mean water :-) Plain water, mineral water, flavored water all count! We should be drinking up to 8 x 8oz water glasses every day – we do not come even close! Our body needs water to properly function, and to properly flush out waste products and toxins generated on a daily basis!

5. Energize with healthy nutrition – eat plenty servings of fruits and vegetables! Better yet, there are new liquid nutrition products now on the market that help detoxify, energize and rebalance the body! They are 100% natural fruit extracts from exotic medicinal fruits. When you drink them regularly, you suddenly feel well rested in the morning, you thoughts are focused, and you run through the day with a more youthful energy! This is a good time to be looking for rejuvenation – help is already here! I love them! I tried several of them, they all have a similar, gentle but profound energizing effect - but only one actually tastes good! (For more information, here is the link http://anzelyka.info/ ).

Do not wait – rejuvenate!
